Are apartments in Albania worth investing in?

In response to numerous inquiries and requests for a more detailed discussion of the subject of investment, we have decided to start a series of several posts, where we will introduce the process of buying, the eventual renovation and subsequent management of the apartment, as well as preparing the property for resale.

I would like to point out that described here will be my personal thoughts based on experiences and observations. Albania, despite not being a large country, is gaining popularity, especially among Polish tourists.

Why is this the case? First of all, the cost of living is much lower than in European Union countries, the people are friendly, and the landscapes, views and numerous tourist attractions make Albania an attractive place for real estate investment.

As for the properties themselves, the situation is quite clear. Prices are still relatively low compared to places like Croatia or Greece, which translates into a significant increase in value (about 15-20%) per year. In conversations with people from the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada, all agree that this is just the beginning of a tourism boom that will have long-term consequences, contributing to a steady increase in real estate prices. The same thing happened in Croatia, where only a decade ago it was possible to buy attractive properties, and now they are becoming the price standard at the European Union level.

If the topic of real estate investment in Albania piques your interest, I invite you to join our Facebook group, where we showcase currently available apartments and provide information on how we can help you. You are welcome to discuss and share your insights.
